The prices are per room per night based on two persons and include:

• Breakfast
• Towels and sheets
• Pool towels
• Wifi (with download restriction)

Children (max. 2, in Adelfa only) € 15,- per child per night, including breakfast.
When renting as a holiday home (Adelfa and Olivo simultaneously) cleaning costs are € 50.

Discount:	10 % for previous guests
	20 % if you stay 7 nights or longer and you rent the complete home (Adelfa and Olivo together)

- Arrival and departure is possible every day.
- Arrival after 2.00 p.m. and departure before 11.00 a.m.
- Smoking is only allowed outside on the terrace.

Deposit required will be 30% of the total sum, however, if you are staying for just one night payment in full will be required. After payment has been received, we will send you confirmation by e-mail. Bank transfer before you arrive, or cash on arrival at the cortijo can pay the balance of the payment.
